Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dukes Pampered Pets and People. Here is how we get your order from our family to yours.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Some items ship from partner warehouses and can take up to 14 days, so please check the estimate on each product page. Custom keepsakes and Duke merch are made to order and may take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow it with the link in that email or on our Track Your Order page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

Delays and delivery problems

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, let us know through our Contact page and we will make it right.
